Dear Parents,

Howdy!  I’m baaaaaaack!   I hope all went well with Scott while I was away.   While I cannot say my break from school was restful… I can say it was worth it.  Thanks for all your warm wishes for our new addition and me.

This week we will be studying Japan.  A study guide came home today and the test is this Friday.  Here are this week’s spelling words too…

Parent homework:

Monday-Thursday- Check over student’s math, initial student’s reading log, and sign student’s homework planer.

Monday-Wednesday- Read over student’s spelling sentences.

Student homework:

  • On Monday-Wednesday your child should be writing a sentence for each of that day's spelling words as listed above.
  • Students should be reading out loud to someone in your home for 10-20 mins every night,               Monday-Thursday, and writing it down in their reading logs.
  • Students have 2 pages of math to do each night Monday-Thursday

Up coming events:

  • APC meetings - first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at the school.
  • Looking for volunteers for Field day and Beach Day.  Field day is on June 2nd and Beach day is on June 3rd.  Let me know if you can come!
